Tiny Earth

Join the Tiny Earth Research Project through a collaboration between the Louis Stokes North Star STEM Alliance (LS-NSSA), Century College, Minneapolis Technical & Community College and the 3M Foundation.

The program gives students a taste of authentic research early in college to prepare them for a traditional research program at a later time, such as a typical 10-week, 40-hour per week research program. In 2022 we will be hosting two Tiny Earth programs: one in the spring and one in the summer. The two programs will be 4-6 weeks long. On Friday mornings, students will participate in virtual professional development. Upon completion scholars will receive a $925 stipend.
