Science Ambassador Scholarship

The Science Ambassador Scholarship is a full-tuition scholarship for women in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM). It is funded by Cards Against Humanity. Applications Deadline: December 13th, 2021.

Udall Undergraduate Scholarship

The Udall Foundation awards scholarships to college sophomores and juniors for leadership, public service, and commitment to issues related to Native American nations or to the environment. In 2019, the Udall Foundation anticipates awarding 50 scholarships of up to $7,000 each. The Udall scholarship honors the legacies of Morris Udall and Stewart Udall, whose careers had a significant impact on Native American self-governance, health care, and the stewardship of public lands and natural resources. Application Deadline:  March 2, 2021.

Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Earnest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship provides successful undergraduate applicants with awards that include: up to $9,500 scholarship for two years, travel funds to attend a mandatory NOAA Scholarship Program orientation and the annual Science & Education Symposium, and paid summer internship at a NOAA facility after first year. Application Deadline: January 31, 2021.

The Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF)

The Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides annually more than 50 scholarships to the brightest and most talented college students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Application Deadline: TBA.

UMSA Scholarship

This program offers four (4) $3,000 scholarships and eight (8) $1,000 scholarships for undergraduate or graduate programs in the fields of business continuity and disaster recovery, cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance, and physical security.  Deadline: TBA.

NASA's MN Space Grant Consortium Scholarship

The University of Minnesota works with many generous donors to secure private scholarship support. Last year, thousands of students received scholarships from private donations. The number of students receiving private support is constantly increasing as the University continues its major scholarship fundraising drive.

SHPE Twin Cities Professional Chapter

The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Twin Cities Professional Chapter (SHPE-TC) is dedicated to providing scholarship funds and educational support systems for engineering and science students of Hispanic/Latinx backgrounds. The SHPE-TC Academic Scholarship supports Hispanic/Latinx students in the fields of engineering and science. The Chapter awards multiple scholarships starting at $1,000. Application Deadline: TBA.
